- “Owner’s Risk” Boards Are FAKE: Those big boards displayed at parking gates hold zero value in a court of law. They are completely void, one-sided, and cannot strip away your statutory rights as a consumer.
What Should You Do Immediately If Your Car Is Damaged?

- Do Not Move the Car: Keep the vehicle right where it is on the porch or parking slot. Take immediate, clear photos and video recordings of the damage from all angles.

- File a Case in Consumer Court: If the establishment’s insurance desk delays your bills, your lawyer can easily file a formal complaint before the local District Consumer Commission.
